The Model BV C-Class 48″ x 48″ is engineered to meet and exceed the high demands of production thermoforming. Belovacs proprietary modular Post and Beam design allows this equipment to be shipped partially disassembled to reduce the shipping space required by up to 35%. This allows for substantial savings on shipping costs.
This equipment comes fully equipped with a radiant variable heat output control oven, onboard high-volume high-vacuum
pump and surge tanks, pneumatically driven tool delivery and fully adjustable clamping frame.

About The BV C-Class 48″ x 48″ Vacuum Forming Machine
The BV C-Class 48″ x 48″ forms a square 48″ x 48″ sheet up to 1/4″ thick, with 18 inches of draw and a 30KW infrared heater panel. It is suitable for any vacuum forming application, from single prototypes through full scale production.
Industrial Heating And Vacuum Technology
30KW radiant infrared heater panel with 0-100% heat percentage control and a standard heat timer. Runs a 12CFM high volume high vacuum pump backed by 30 gallons of surge tanks, with a 15″ stroke pneumatic tooling table for consistent forming across thicker gauge material.
Compatible With A Wide Range Of Thermoplastics
Runs ABS, HIPS, Kydex, acrylic, HDPE, and most other thermoplastics at gauges up to 1/4″.
Right sized for:
- Sign manufacturing — sign faces and panels formed from a single sheet
- Cement precast — form liners and architectural molds that hold up to repeated pours
- POP displays — floor units, end caps, and product trays
- Product packaging — clamshells, blisters, trays, and inserts, run continuously with the roll holder upgrade
