BV E-Class vacuum forming machine 53"x53"

Vacuum Forming Machine For Sale

BV E-Class 33" x 53" & 53" x 53"

Belovacs E Class series offers all the same capabilities as our A Class series at a substantial savings. Fully manual, this equipment can be fitted with a wide range of options and customizability. Standard Sheet Sizes offered ar 33” x 53” and 53” x 53”. This frame system can support size upgrades up to 60” x 60” plastic sheet size. The Primary difference between this model and our C Class Series is the ability to be fitted with a lower oven. (See Upgrades) Dual Heat Capabilities will allow for better heat saturation and faster heating times most noticeable when vacuum forming heavy gauge or difficult to heat materials.

Our standard heat control is an onboard analog heat percentage controller with zone size down option switches for smaller jobs. This equipment can also be upgraded with a state of the art PLC touch screen heat control for multi zone control. The E Classes frame construction allows for more flexibility and customizability over the C Class series. Additional Upgrades include-32” Deep Draw tooling table – Overhead Assist—Ceramic Heating Elements-Pneumatic Clamping. This equipment can be fitted to suit almost any application.

About the BV E-Class 33″ x 53″ & 53″ x 53″ Vacuum Forming Machines

The BV E-Class offers the same capabilities as the A-Class series at a substantial savings, fully manual. Standard sheet sizes are 33″ x 53″ and 53″ x 53″, and the frame system supports size upgrades up to 60″ x 60″. The primary difference from the C-Class is that this frame can be fitted with a lower oven, and the E-Class frame construction allows more customization than the C-Class series.

Built for Difficult to Heat Materials

Dual heat allows better heat saturation and faster heating times, most noticeable on heavy gauge or difficult to heat materials. That capability, plus adjustable pneumatic clamping at 300 lbs per foot and optional ceramic heating elements, is what separates this machine from the C-Class. It runs polycarbonate and lucite, materials the C-Class line does not list.

Standard heat control is an onboard analog heat percentage controller with zone size down switches, so smaller jobs do not heat the full bed. High watt density upper heater bank with a fully adjustable Unistrut clamping frame.

Flexible with Materials and Sheet Sizes

Runs ABS, HIPS, Kydex, acrylic, HDPE, polycarbonate, and most other thermoplastics.

Right sized for:

Shower and bathtub manufacturing — tubs and sinks on the 32″ deep draw tooling table with 34″ clearance. Extended depths available.
Medical equipment — polycarbonate device housings and enclosures, using ceramic heat for high heat demand polymers
Aircraft seating — seat shells and trays in aviation grade polymers requiring consistent high heat output

Forming larger parts? The 53″ x 103″ runs the same E-Class frame system at a bigger bed. Working in lighter gauge at lower cost? The C-Class runs manual sheet fed up to 1/4″.
