The Model BV C-Class 48″ x 96″ is designed to thermoform a full size 48” x 96” sheet of plastic up to a 1/4” in thickness. This equipment is extensively used in the sign packaging and cement precast industry.
Belovacs proprietary modular Post and Beam design allows this equipment to be shipped partially disassembled to reduce the shipping space required by up to 35%. This allows for substantial savings on shipping costs.
This equipment comes fully equipped with a radiant variable heat output control oven, onboard high-volume high-vacuum pump and surge tanks, pneumatically driven tool delivery and fully adjustable clamping frame.
