About the BV A Class Chain Drive High Speed Inline Roll Fed Vacuum Forming Machine
The BV A Class Chain Drive runs an average 6 second cycle on thermally formed plastics up to .060″ (.15cm), fed from roll stock with chain driven indexing for maximum hold and precise movement. Fully timed onboard automated sequencing handles the forming operation, and an inline guillotine sheeter partitions formed parts for transport and final trimming. Offered with a full option of forming sizes.
Built for Light Gauge, High Volume Runs
The .060″ ceiling is the defining spec. At 6 seconds per cycle off continuous roll stock, this machine is built for volume on thin gauge parts rather than one-off or heavy gauge work.
