This frame system can support size upgrades up to 60” x 144” plastic sheet size.
This equipment features fully timed onboard automated sequencing for split second forming operations. It saves time and money by eliminating potential operator error and misfires. Additional Upgrades include-32” Deep Draw tooling table– Overhead Assist—Ceramic Heating Elements-Pneumatic Clamping. This equipment can be fitted to suit any application.

The BV A-Class Auto Sheet Fed vacuum forming machine is built for high-efficiency, automated production using thermoplastics such as ABS, HIPS, KYDEX, Acrylic, HDPE, and Polycarbonate. It includes a solid-state programmable heat timing unit with percentage-based heat control and a fully adjustable clamping system, delivering precise, consistent forming with minimal manual handling.

The BV A Class is Belovac’s fully automated sheet fed series, offering top of the line automation at a fraction of competitor pricing. Fully timed onboard automated sequencing handles split second forming operations, eliminating operator error and misfires.
Automation That Removes the Operator Variable
Siemens PLC touch screen control runs precision timed automated sequencing along with 7 zone heat control across upper and lower oven banks. A solid state programmable heat timing unit with percentage based control holds the heat profile run to run, and a light curtain safety lockout comes standard. The fully adjustable Unistrut clamping frame handles sheet changes without retooling.

Runs ABS, HIPS, Kydex, acrylic, HDPE, polycarbonate, and most other thermoplastics.
